I currently manage the IT infrastructure for a company of 35 members of staff, having built up an excellent level of IT support as the company has grown dramatically over the past 6 years.

My experience is mainly on the Windows operating system but also have some Apple Mac's thrown in for good measure. To further support these and to incorporate them seamlessly into a predominantly Windows environment, I recently qualified as a certified Apple Mac Essentials Support Professional. As well as my full-time work commitments, I have also been solely responsible for the IT requirements of a smaller company in Peterborough for the last 4 years.

I have also performed many private consultations in people's homes over many years.

I therefore have a very broad understanding of the how people use IT, both within their home and as part of a business, backed up with a strong record of high performance.
